The new Dell Inspiron M101z is packed with twice the graphics of an ordinary notebook and horsepower performance with new AMD dual-core Athlon NeoII processing unit, up to 4GB of inbuilt RAM and an external hard drive of 320GB with 7,200rpm.
Now, don’t make a pout if pink is so not your color. Dell’s latest laptop is also available in classy black and sassy red or blue. And under the drapes lies all the bliss. The overall thickness measures to around 2.5 inches and weighs close to 3.4 pounds which makes it quite bulky for your shoulders. Keyboard and touchpad designs are complete opposite of traditional Dell sorts using a chiclet style keypad and black matte keys big enough to suit your comfort level.
But, the top chassis are wedge-like, strongly designed and metallically finished housing a microSD card slot, three USB ports, microphone jack, HDMI port, headphone jack, VGA output, Ethernet connectivity port and a TV tuner port on the sides and in the rear as well. Display screen is an over glossy 11.6 inch one with 1,366 x 768 pixel resolution.
Dell Inspiron M101z runs on Windows 7 Home Premium plus a good set of pre-loaded softwares like Skype, Cozio and Syncables. Now if you are paying attention, there is more stuff to be revealed inside this pink cheeked baby which you need to check out in person. The new device comes with a 56Wh battery which can withstand for 3 to 4 hours maximum.
At an easy price tag of $579, Dell Inspiron’s promise pink version is now available in the Indian markets. |
