It seems something is going wrong with NVIDIA, the leading name in graphics cards manufacturing.

Things are tougher with this brand. Recently, users complained about underperformance of its graphic cards and many were dumped. The company is in real mess and when things get worsen, partners get going. The same is true with NVIDIA.

According to the latest updates, NVIDIA has decided to axe five partners, yet giving another indication that company has to tighten its belt.

Among the five partners who are on their way out, two are Foxconn and Club 3D, but the other three are still in dark.

These are the latest partners to abandon NVIDIA’s partnership after Gainward and XFX dipped this summer and EVGA told NVIDIA it wanted an open relationship.

NVIDIA is facing a tough time in marketing its cards touted as average performers these days. Also, they are overpriced and as per market watch, NVIDIA is selling older cards with new tags.

Thus to cut on costs of handling around 24 partners who can’t sell enough cards, is proving a big financial overhead. May be, the next few months will probably see quite a few more partners hit the road.

The insiders stated that NVIDIA partner reductions are being kept on the down low.
