As per the latest market survey reports, Nokia still leads the race with the maximum shipments.
The figures indicate that Nokia shipped around 123 million phones in Q4 of 2010 and remains the top cellphone vendor. In stark contrast to all speculations, Nokia has again emerged as the top leader leaving Apple, Samsung and RIM behind.
Nokia still has control over 30% global markets; closely followed by Samsung with 80 million shipments. The numbers marked a rise of 17% for Samsung. The next in the line are LG, ZTE and Apple. The vendors like RIM and HTC were not even mentioned in the list. Renu Singh |
