According to the latest news, Tech Mahindra has been officially approached World Bank to lift the eight year ban on the scam-hit IT services firm Satyam Computers.
Last September, Satyam Computers was blacklisted and a month later the software firm denied reports that its contractors had installed spy software on World Bank computers.

TechM’s public offer to acquire an additional stake in Mahindra Satyam ended on 1st July, but the company said, the final numbers of shares tendered and accepted in the public offer would be announced on July 8.
