Lenovo, a renowned name in laptop industry has announced the launch of its ThinkPad SL series in India.
ThinkPad SL Series targets SMBs and SMEs. The ThinkPad SL Series includes three new notebooks - ThinkPad SL 300, ThinkPad SL 400 and ThinkPad SL 500.
The ThinkPad Series is launched in India targeting SMBs for the first time thus allowing them to try hands on with a serious, business-minded notebook.
The market watchers peg it as a smart move as SMB segment is the fastest growing segments in India. This is a strategic move by the company to make its product more familiar with Indian customers.
The notebooks support Intel’s latest Centrino 2 processor technology. Also Think Pads feature technologies such as excellent multimedia capabilities with an optional Blu-ray DVD player. Additionally, the notebooks feature Wi-Fi, Ethernet and optional Bluetooth technologies.
