The Android is a long awaited platform, especially when the world knows its a Google product and expects it to match the same benchmarks and well laid parameters. However, before its release only, Google has got into some kind of controversy with the Android development community. It has been understood that Google has barred access to key development tools underlying the said platform and therefore some dissatisfaction has creeped up amongst the Android community which is unanimous on its stand. The bigger question however is "Would Android be successful considering its already controversial backdrop and tainted reputation now to some extent ?" Google also seems to reserve its latest and best development tools for a handpicked set of developers. This is apparently sought as the reason to the much acknowledged discomfort. So do we assume that Google is gunning ultimately to walk the Microsoft way eventually tarnishing the much acclaimed affirmative reputation or is this just a publicity stunt ? Lets wait and watch.
