The TOP 100 list is designed to enable buyers of business and technology services to identify the leading providers in IT services and business process outsourcing (BPO).

IT and BPO service providers from 17 countries with delivery centers across 31 countries comprised the list of 100. The companies provide a range of services including IT application services, infrastructure, and FAO, HRO and contact centers.

Judges from Global Services magazine teamed up with experts at neoIT, an outsourcing advisory firm, to identify and evaluate the leading service providers located on four continents. The evaluation is based on data provided by the service providers and other third parties regarding effective operations, service offerings, client relationships and human capital.
