This is an annual listing of the most innovative companies worldwide that takes businesses to new creative heights. Fast Company readers voted Persistent Systems as ninth out of the 50 winning global companies. In total, there were over 120 nominations from global powerhouses, including Microsoft, Salesforce.com and Sun Microsystems. Persistent focuses on three main areas of innovation: platform innovation, product engineering process innovation and domain specific innovation. This focus has helped the Company achieve scale in its target segment and retain its position an OPD specialist with a deep-rooted product development culture. Persistent Systems was also the recipient of Frost & Sullivan’s Growth Strategy Leadership Award and the Red Herring Global 100 Award for innovation in Outsourced Software development in 2007.
